Affiliate Link Creation/Registration

 Ambassadors who haven't made a purchase over $40 will be paid in Madera credit so their credit can go towards their first purchase of $40 or more on the Madera website. Once an ambassador has spent $40+ at Madera their link will begin generating commission in real spendable dollars. Filling out this form will: 1) Create an Ambassador Login for you. 2) Register a unique commission generating share link. Once you have registered, click Login (From maderaoutdoor.com>main menu> Participate>Ambassador>Dashboard) to track when your share Link has been used for purchases, generated commissions, gotten clicks, payouts to your paypal account, etc.
