Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective, damaged or even if you’d like something else better. (This excludes our apparel)

Refunds

**All items purchased after January 2022 are final sale and cannot be returned due to Madera Going Out of Business**

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. But we would be happy to exchange it for you!


You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. It can take 5-10 Business days to show on your statement. Your refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

If you used a discount code with your purchase you will will not be eligible for a refund if it makes your original purchase invalid with your discount.

Sale Prices: We do not refund the difference for a previous purchase during a sale. If you would like the sale price you instead, you have to send in your original product back for a refund and reorder at the sale price.
